We had a great meeting yesterday and talked tons about Crafty. As far as the list of Items being sold the only one we have to do are clocks. We are giving you all one week to come up with some other ideas for items you would be interested in making and our current list right now is:

MEDIUM PRICE RANGE

• Calendars
• Throw Pillos
• Pencil Pouches
• Vinyl laptop graphics
• Sketchbooks repurposed from old books
• General cards with envelops

LOW PRICE RANGE

• Buttons (note: we won’t have to buy supplies)
• Magnets
• Coasters

FREE (To put into the goodie bags also we could hand them out when people buy things?)

• Bookmark /info/business card

We have to keep the items to a minimum so we are going to take a vote after a week and narrow it down to 3 additional to the clocks.

For those who want to participate in designing and making items here are the details:

• You will need to pay a small fee (My prediction is it will be around $16) The more people that sign up the cheaper it will be. What I am going to do is take the total booth fee of $160 and divide it by the number of people signed up.
• All participants will be responsible financially for their supplies and materials when creating the items.
• All participants selling items at Crafty Wonderland will retain all the cash made from their items.

We will also need some help manning the booth for the event on December 10th & 11th roughly around 10-5 at the Portland Convention Center, so let me know as soon as possible if you can help. I am super excited for this year and can’t wait to get craftin’ it up with everyone.
